Kieffer Lime

AKA: Thai Lime

Citrus Hystix

This plant died!

Limped along until I gave it away after which I think it died. Probably a common fate for citrus in the Northwest!

I searched locally for a Bearrs lime, and when I didn’t find one I went ahead and bought this Thai lime. I think my husband is more excited about this plant that me! He’s constantly buying limes for cocktails, so hopefully these work well in mixed drinks.

About Me

Hi! I'm Lorie and I wrangle plants in a muddy, feral shade garden in the Pacific Northwest. I built this site to serve as a gardening journal and quasi-accurate record of planting successes and failures. My goal is to help "future me" be a better gardener. I hope what I've learned along the way can be useful to you too. Thanks for visiting!
