It's been less than a year as of this entry, but it looks great so far, complementing its neighboring Coralbark Maple.
I love the deep red/purple color leaves of this tree. We bought this to serve as another screen at the edge of our yard, and chose it due to the vertical growth which I found is hard to come by in Japanese Maples. Looking forward to see how it grows!
