Paula Rhodoxis

x Rhodoxis 'Paula'

I didn’t bother logging this plant in the first year because the rabbits (I think, could have been deer) ate it to the ground. Resources also warn against wet soil in winter which is pretty describes pretty much all of our in our garden. But despite these trials it’s come back every year and is slowly expanding.

As long as the rabbits/deer don't find it, this plant does great in part shade

    About Me

Hi! I'm Lorie and I wrangle plants in a muddy, feral shade garden in the Pacific Northwest. I built this site to serve as a gardening journal and quasi-accurate record of planting successes and failures. My goal is to help "future me" be a better gardener. I hope what I've learned along the way can be useful to you too. Thanks for visiting!
