B
I love this little plant, but I'm giving it a B for my garden. It's great for shade or part shade, but is easily covered by our perpetually falling leaf litter and dies back quickly.
This groundcover has been trucking along since 2007. It never looks super great because of all the tree litter, especially the pine needles that tend to cover it and block out the sun. It looks its best in early summer. Usually completely dies back in winter.
Nursery Tag
Tender perennial. Tiny green leaves form a lush green mat. Inconspicuous blooms.
03/2007: Planted in front garden along stepping stones.
