Oxalis Iron Cross

Oxalis deppei 'Iron Cross'

This is a large and eye-catching clover that won’t take over your garden. I would actually prefer it to be slightly more aggressive… It comes back beautifully every year in latee spring but isn’t super hardy looking, which may be due to its dry and ever-shadier location. I should probably move it soon or it will disappear forever underneath the hostas!

UPDATE: Doing a lot better now that it gets a little more sun. Probably not a great plant for deep shade.
